Our lovely items are individually handmade. Please expect reasonable variations in colour, texture or finish which makes your piece unique. We have photographed and described items as truthfully as possible, however colours may display differently depending on your monitor settings.

We ship out of Melbourne, Australia.
We offer the following flat rates using Australia Post:
Please allow 3-7 business days (Regular) or 1-3 days (Express) for your order to arrive depending on your location. You can track your parcel online using Australia Post's tracking service here.
We ask that you inspect your order on arrival - if an item is delivered in damaged condition, please contact us immediately including photographs of the damage in the original packaging.
We reuse external packaging materials (cardboard boxes, bubblewrap) where possible to minimise waste.
Please enquire and we can work out your postage individually. :)

We happily offer an exchange provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and items are returned to us in original condition. All shipping costs incurred will be at your expense.
If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described or do not function as intended, we offer an exchange or refund inclusive of shipping costs provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the item is returned to us in original condition.
With all returns, we recommend using a trackable method and we will contact you as soon as we have assessed the items. We accept no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
